Analysis

We dispatch a technician to your company to conduct a "site survey". Our certified technician will take inventory of what you have, how many users, make and model of the system, and if it is a Nortel Switch, model and part numbers, software release, OS, and a customized Bayface.

After the "site survey" SharpComm will assess the current environment uses and requirements and discuss with you future wants and needs to build toward a solution that will be future considerate.

Planning

Our Planning Services span all communications technologies - voice, data, and wireless - to assist in deploying new networks, migrating to packet, or deploying new network elements to increase communication and meet your business goals.

Planning consists of:

  • VoIP Network Check
  • PBX Quality Check
  • Any additional services that may be done.

Design

SharpComm’s engineering team can design a customized end-to-end solution that meets your needs and your future goals. Current Technology and Applications, provided by Nortel, include: voice, data, wireless, and converged technologies – to create new PBX and Key-system networks, or enhance existing networks to ultimately meet your business goals.

Implementation

We will pre-install all needed hardware and program the components. Upon the cut-over date, we will have tested and backed up all information on the new and previous system.

Our Certified Technicians will install in a timely manner and will ensure that the solution is fully functional and operational.

Maintenance

As a Nortel Partner, SharpComm offers a variety of maintenance levels. Our most common packages are; an 8am – 5pm package and a 24hr/7 days a week. SharpComm can also customize a maintenance package to suit your specific requirements.
