Since that time we have expanded our services but Sustainment remains one of our core values. SharpComm has an extensive in-house inventory to assist in expeditious restoration of failed parts or systems.

SharpComm retains a fleet of service vehicles that are stocked with critical parts to help reduce system downtime. SharpComm’s normal maintenance packages include repair or replacing all failed hardware. Software issues can be diagnose and cleared locally or coordinated with manufacture tier support for resolution.

Any combination of hardware software support can be negotiated on a case by case basis. SharpComm offers coverage packages which include Mon-Fri 8a-5p, 24x7 with monitoring, parts and labor, etc. One of the key’s to SharpComm’s success in support services can be attributed to our aggressive routine maintenance program. Customers who have subscribed to our full service program receive quarterly preventative maintenance routines to ensure continued, uninterrupted service.
